Shipping Policy
At Meggo, we aim to make delivery simple and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Areas
We deliver to addresses throughout New Zealand.
Some products may have delivery limitations due to size, freight requirements or courier service availability. If delivery is not available to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.
Large or bulky items may require freight delivery, and additional freight charges may apply depending on the item and location. Any shipping costs will be clearly shown before payment is completed.
Rural Delivery
Additional rural delivery surcharges may apply for rural addresses.
For some large or freight items, delivery to rural addresses may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and courier service.
While we always aim for prompt delivery, timeframes provided are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.
Authority to Leave
Our courier partners may leave parcels at the delivery address if it is considered safe to do so by the courier driver.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Authority to Leave may apply. Once a parcel has been delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered.
Parcels left at the delivery address are at the customer's risk.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that the delivery details provided at checkout are correct and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, this may cause delays or additional delivery charges. Meggo is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.
Warehouse Pickup
Pickup from our Auckland warehouse is available by appointment.
Once your order is ready, please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time.
Split Shipments
All orders are dispatched from our Auckland stock.
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be sent in separate parcels depending on packaging or courier requirements.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist by lodging an investigation with the courier company.
Courier investigations may take several working days to complete. We will work with the courier provider to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges cover the cost of packaging, handling and courier services and are generally non-refundable, particularly where a return is made due to change of mind, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.
